Il s'ajuste pragmatiquement à chaque publication. La contribution de chacun s'organise petit à petit pour finalement se matérialiser en 32 pages, avec cette ambition que chacun s'y retrouve. Pour l'instant, nous ne sommes pas mal !</span><span id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28247"> Un schéma d'organisation est à l’œuvre. Nous le retrouverons dans le prochain numéro, article "Devenir trousseur corrézien".</span><span id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28247"> Il comprend divers forme de taches : contribution, correction, distribution, communication, mise en page, graphisme, bouclage, lien avec le LEA, administration, comptabilité, ....</span></div><div id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28396" dir="ltr"><span id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28247">Mais, reste la question :<b id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_29126"> "qui mène la barque ?".</b> Nous voudrions ne pas l'esquiver et identifier l'endroit, le plus légitime possible, où elle sera prise en charge.<br></span></div><div id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28420" dir="ltr"><span id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28247">Au départ, il y avait la troika Pascal, Cyril, Philippe et l'esprit de Jean-Marc. Depuis la création de <i id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_29256">La trousse corrézienne</i>, un comité de rédaction et une association "administrative" ont vu le jour. Mais nous n'avons pas désigné d'organe qui puisse répondre aux questions qui se posent au fils de la navigation (projections, coordination, communication, local, matériel, défraiements, embauche, économie...). Si tout le monde n'a pas forcement envie de participer à la prise de décision, le duo Philippe et Cyril -qui se trouve régulièrement sollicité- à besoin de partager et de mettre en débat les orientations et sans cacophonie non plus.<br></span></div><div id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28550" dir="ltr"><span id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28247">Cyril, Laurent et moi même, suite au dernier comité de rédaction, proposons donc de créer un <b>Comité de direction</b>.<br></span></div><div id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28614" dir="ltr"><span id="yiv9407770413yui_3_16_0_1_1434040017238_28247">Il nous semble qu'il pourrait être constitué, en l'état, des membres du Comité de rédaction et du CA.
